Mental ill health often starts in young adulthood. It’s vital that we give young people access to the support they need to grow up happy, healthy and resilient.
Hello! You are invited to join our well-being group; we are a new group who meet informally to discuss issues and concerns around mental health and well-being to support young people. We have professionals in our group who have specialist experience to support such issues you may want to discuss. Future topics for discussion are sleep hygiene, stress, anxiety, and OCD.
Focus ; Support systems and structures for students, staff and parents
There will be input from staff with responsibility for this important area of our work with an opportunity to ask questions at the end but not to discuss individual, confidential cases.
